From the flats to the hills, BH homes are uniquely suited to art events. Backyards with mature landscaping become natural set design. Pool areas work for paint & sip. Indoor-outdoor flow gives weather flexibility.

We've worked with the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, the Peninsula, and other Beverly Hills hotels for celebrations and brand events. We coordinate directly with the venue planner for setup logistics.

Do you require a non-disclosure agreement for high-profile clients?
We default to discretion as standard practice. For specific NDA requirements, we'll happily sign one.
Can you accommodate dietary or material restrictions?
Yes — let us know in advance. We work with kosher families, families with severe allergies, and families with material preferences (e.g., natural-dye paints, sustainable materials).
Do you do parties at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Four Seasons, or Peninsula?
Yes — we work with all major Beverly Hills hotels. Each has its own event coordination process; we follow the venue planner's logistics.
Can you handle very large parties (30+ kids)?
Yes — we bring a second instructor for parties of 16+ kids, and a third for 25+. Pricing scales with group size and supply needs.
Are you available for last-minute bookings?
Sometimes. Last-minute weekday bookings are easier than last-minute weekends. Worth asking.
Can the artwork be delivered finished and framed after the party?
Yes — for the Masterpiece Party tier, we offer optional post-party framing service. The kids see their work briefly at the event; we take it for professional framing and deliver framed pieces 7–10 days later. Add-on pricing varies by frame choice.
Do you do private adult lessons or commissioned work?
Yes — Elena's commissioned work (especially pet portraits) is popular with Beverly Hills clients. Private adult lessons are also available.
