Guided Group Painting

$75/person· min 8 · 2 hours

Step-by-step painting led by Elena. Everyone paints the same piece (with personal variations). The most popular format — works for teams of 8–30.

Paint & Sip Office Edition

$75/person· min 8 · 2 hours

Same as guided group painting, designed for casual after-hours office events. Your team brings their own drinks; we bring the painting.

Tie-Dye Station

$45/person· min 10 · 1.5–2 hours

Each guest dyes a t-shirt or tote bag they take home. More casual than painting. Excellent for casual summer events.

Watercolor Workshop

$85/person· min 8 · 2 hours

A more contemplative format — watercolor technique demo and small finished pieces. Best for executive offsites and groups that want a calmer experience.

Custom Art Workshop

Custom· tailored to your event

Designed around your specific event. Portrait drawing for an empathy-focused workshop, abstract painting tied to a brand value, or a one-of-a-kind activity for a milestone celebration.

Frequently asked questions

Where do you host these?
At your office, an event space you've already booked, or a private venue. Standard conference rooms work fine for groups up to 20. Larger groups need a bigger space — we'll advise.
Can you accommodate dietary needs / sober events / mixed-needs groups?
Yes — these formats are inclusive by default. We don't serve alcohol (your office handles that if relevant), so sober events work without modification.
Do you bill on net-30?
Yes — we invoice through company finance/procurement. Net-30 standard. We can also accept POs.
What's the minimum group size?
Varies by format (8–10 people typically). For smaller groups, contact us — we may be able to accommodate.
How far in advance do we need to book?
4–6 weeks for most events. For Q4 (October–December), 2–3 months ahead — that's our busiest season.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes — Elena carries general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
What's the cancellation policy?
50% deposit secures the date. Cancellations 14+ days before the event: full refund minus $200 planning fee. Within 14 days: deposit forfeit, but we'll work with you on rescheduling.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes — we work with companies that require NDAs for events. Just let us know during the inquiry.
Can the event be in Spanish or bilingual?
Yes — Elena is bilingual and can lead sessions in English, Spanish, or bilingual format at no extra cost. Useful for LA companies with Spanish-speaking team members.
How is this different from your corporate team building events?
Office art parties are typically more celebratory (employee appreciation, holiday parties, milestone events). Corporate team building events focus on collaboration outcomes (collaborative murals, custom workshops tied to specific business goals). Both formats are available — pick based on whether you want celebration or outcomes.
