The Promise

Most kids' parties are loud chaos. Ours are different.

Elena holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and a Master's in Art Education — both from the University of Seville. She's not a college student picking up shifts on weekends. She's a credentialed art educator who knows how to keep 12 kids focused and engaged for 45 minutes, and how to design projects they'll be genuinely proud of.

You'll get

Beautiful photos. Engaged kids. Real artwork they're excited to take home.

You won't get

Sticky paint on your couch. A chaotic cleanup. Crafts that fall apart on the drive home.

What's included in every party

A real art project

Guided by Elena, designed for your child's age and chosen theme. Canvas painting, clay sculpting, watercolor, collage, or sensory crafts.

All supplies and setup

Canvases, paints, brushes, smocks, easels, table coverings — everything. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up the full experience.

Trained instructor

Elena leads every party personally. Master's degree in art education. No rotating cast of part-timers.

Picture-perfect moments

The setup looks beautiful. The kids look engaged. You get photos worth posting.

Complete cleanup

Before we leave, your space looks exactly like it did when we arrived (minus the artwork on your kid's wall).

“Artist of the Day” crown

The birthday kid gets a handmade crown and a keepsake canvas to remember the day.

What people say

Best decision I made for my daughter's 7th birthday. Elena set up in our backyard — drop cloths, apron-tying, the whole thing — and ten girls sat down and actually painted for ninety minutes straight. Real instruction, not a craft. Three of the moms texted me afterwards asking for her info.
Sarah · Pacific Palisades
We did the Sensory Fun theme for the twins' 4th and I genuinely don't know how Elena kept eight four-year-olds focused that long. They came home with framed paintings and not a single meltdown.
Marisa · Silver Lake
Booked Elena for my daughter's 9th birthday — Pet Pals theme. Each girl painted a portrait of her own dog from a photo. Two months later three of them are still hanging in my friends' houses.

Frequently asked questions

Who teaches the party?
Elena Marmol leads every party personally. She holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts and a Master's in Art Education, both from the University of Seville. You're not getting a part-time host — you're getting a credentialed art educator.
What ages is this for?
We design parties for kids ages 3–15. Each theme has a recommended age range so the project matches your kid's skill level. For mixed-age groups, we adjust the project so everyone can participate.
How much space do we need?
A standard kitchen table or backyard patio works fine for up to 10 kids. For larger parties, you'll want a longer table or a backyard with room for a folding setup. We can advise once we know your space.
Do you come to apartments?
Yes — most of our parties happen in apartments and condos. We use drop cloths and washable supplies. Your floors will be fine.
What if it rains?
For backyard parties, we move indoors. If you're hosting at a park and weather doesn't cooperate, we'll work with you to reschedule (one free reschedule with 7+ days notice).
Can we host at a park?
Yes — we love park parties. Some popular LA parks for art parties: Griffith Park, Roxbury Park, Cheviot Hills, Garfield Park (Pasadena), Polliwog Park (Manhattan Beach). Check if a permit is needed for groups over 20.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for weekend dates, especially during birthday season (March–June and September–November). For weekday parties or off-season, 2 weeks is usually fine.
Do you travel outside LA?
Free within 15 miles of West LA. Beyond that, we charge $2/mile.
What's your cancellation policy?
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and secures your date. You can reschedule once for free with 7+ days notice. Within 7 days, deposit is forfeit but we'll work with you on a new date.
What if my kid has allergies?
All materials are non-toxic. If your child has specific allergies (latex, certain paints), let us know in advance and we'll adjust supplies.
